Please review the following to ensure your shopping experience with BeautiControl is both easy and fun.

To view the entire BeautiControl product line

Click 'Shop Now!' to view all of our products by category. Simply click on the section you would like to visit.

To add items to your shopping cart

Indicate the quantity you would like to order and then click on the 'add to cart' icon.

To view items you have selected

You may view the items in your shopping cart at any time by clicking the 'view cart' icon in the upper left portion of any screen. You can view the item number, quantity, description, and the unit and extended price of the contents of your shopping cart. Within this screen you have the options of changing your order, clearing your order, continue shopping or to complete your purchase.

To change the quantity of an item already in your cart

You may change a quantity of an item you have already placed in your cart by entering the new quantity and then clicking 'update cart.'

To clear your cart and continue shopping

You may clear the entire contents of your shopping cart by clicking 'clear cart.' To continue shopping for additional items click 'continue shopping,' or click a product category from the list on the left-hand side of the screen.

To make your purchase

To checkout simply click 'checkout' and proceed through the next screen. This screen includes a link to the shipping and handling chart and gives you the option of changing your order or to continue to check out. If you select 'change order' you will be taken back to the 'view cart' screen. To complete your purchase, simply click on 'checkout.' A 'select delivery option' screen may display.

Select Delivery Option

When you checkout, you may see a 'select delivery option' screen. If this screen displays, you can choose how you would like your BeautiControl products delivered to you. You can choose to either have your order delivered directly from BeautiControl, or delivered to you by your Consultant. If you select delivery directly from BeautiControl, you will be guided to a payment screen to pay for your order online by credit card through our secure transaction program. If you select delivery from your Consultant, she will arrange payment and delivery directly with you. After you select which delivery option you prefer, proceed with completing your purchase by clicking on 'checkout.' A screen will display requesting your contact information.

Customer Update/Customer Registration

Your name, shipping address, telephone number and e-mail address are needed in order for us to fill your order. If you are already a BeautiControl customer and you provide your client number, your information currently on file will display for your review. Please verify that all of the information is accurate before continuing with the checkout process. You will be given an opportunity to review this information again before submitting your order. If you click 'confirm change' your permanent address is saved. You can also change your order by clicking 'back.' If you click 'continue,' you will have an opportunity to review the items selected and the total amount of your order.

Review Order

The items you have selected will be displayed and totaled. If your order is being shipped to you directly from BeautiControl, the usual shipping/handling and taxes are added to your order total. If your Consultant is fulfilling your order, she will contact you to arrange payment and delivery.

You still have an opportunity to change your order by clicking 'change order'. If you 'continue,' you will have an opportunity to review your order again before submitting your order.

Order fulfillment by Consultant

If your Consultant is fulfilling your order, you will receive a 'confirm e-mail order' screen, as your order will be e-mailed to her as notification. Your order totals, shipping address and Consultant information will displayed for your review. You can change your contact information by clicking 'here'.

You can change your order by clicking 'change order'. To submit your order for final processing click 'e-mail order.' Once you click 'e-mail order,' you will not be able to make any changes to your order. You can click 'cancel order' to clear the contents of your shopping cart. No order information will be submitted or saved if you cancel your order.

If you click 'e-mail order', the 'e-mail order confirmation' screen will display. Print this screen and keep the information to refer to when inquiring about your order with your Consultant.

Order fulfillment by BeautiControl

If your order is being fulfilled and shipped directly from BeautiControl, you will see a screen displaying the items you have selected and the total amount of your order including applicable shipping/handling and taxes. You can change your order by clicking 'change order'. If you 'continue,' you will have an opportunity to review your order again before you submit your order for final processing.
